“Using social media in this day in age will only help you connect with the kids in your program,” said Sachem coach Jay Mauro. “It’s vital that all lines of communication are open. Between emails, text messages and now Twitter, we can get in touch with all of our players by the touch of a button.”
The program joins more than a dozen in the school district between Sachem East and Sachem North with Twitter and/or Facebook accounts.
