Missry named Suffolk Co-Player of the Year

Sachem North boys volleyball cleaned up at this year’s Suffolk County Boys Volleyball Coaches Association annual dinner held this week.

After finishing 15 in the regular season and falling in the semifinals, Sachem North is able to boast the Suffolk County Co-Player of the Year in Dylan Missry, and Rookie of the Year and Seventh Man of the Year in Matt Grace. Sachem East’s Ryan Cole was the other Co-Player of the Year and Sachem East’s Joe Licata was also named Seventh Man of the Year.

Sachem North coaches Matt Rivera and Matt DiStefano were also named Coaches of the Year.
