The Arrows beat the Patriots 1-0 on a goal by Shelby Trentini. Taylor Giordano assisted on the goal.
Destiny Holder recorded four saves in the shutout victory.
Sachem East has six shutouts in seven wins.
Next up for Sachem East is Lindenhurst on Wednesday at 4 p.m.
Sachem North downs Pat-Med
The Sachem North field hockey squad improved to 6-1 with a victory over Patchogue-Medford Monday.
The Flaming Arrows beat the Raiders, 4-0.
Gabriella Lorenzo scored two goals to lead Sachem, while Alicia Williams and Erin Maryzek also scored.
Sachem will host Ward Melville on Wednesday, Oct. 1 at 4:15 p.m.
