Sachem North strong at Stanner Games

Sachem North medaled in six individual and one relay event at the Stanner Games over the weekend.

Sachem also continued its season-long assault on our team’s Top 25 All-Time Performance list at Stanner. Sachem has attended Armory Stanner Games since the meet’s inception in the 1995.

Several Sachem athletes hold Champion and Top Performance marks in Stanner Games records. Stanner Games event champions include Erin Silvering (3000 m. in ’98), Nikki Fogarty (Frosh Hurdles in ’12), Alyssa Leto (Frosh 55 m. dash in ’12), 4×800 (’98, ’99), Megan Barone (1000 in ’98) and Jeanna Composti (mile in ’98).

Leah Blackall will be ranked #7 on Stanner’s All-Time triple jump list after her season-best second place 37’ 10 ½” performance.

There were many season-best efforts by North Flaming Arrows athletes today. Outstanding performances are highlighted below.
