Sachem eighth grader Amanda Naujokas won the U-12 National Girls Bowling Championship last week in Chicago.
She only had one open frame (completing all spares and strikes otherwise) en route to a 383-324 win over Aliyah Alleyne of Mooresville, N.C.
The taping of the championship will be televised on the CBS Sports Network, August 4 at 10 p.m.
