Jack Kelleher and Jake Buckevich both scored touchdowns for Sachem East (1-4), and Mike Dunn hit a field goal.
Sachem North’s (3-2) Nick Licostie threw a touchdown pass to Courtney Williams.
Sachem North holds a 5-3 all-time record in the rivalry series, which dates back to 2005.
