Merrimac hosted its Leadership Day event on Tuesday. Educators from schools districts across Long Island toured the building and were amazed by the incredible student and staff work done to achieve “Lighthouse” status through the Covey Leadership program.
The building is covered in student and staff work – as you can see from the photos – and students served as leadership ambassadors to share stories about all they do on a daily basis.
