The Section XI playoff brackets for baseball and lacrosse have been released and there are some key Sachem games taking place within the next week:
*Sachem North Baseball: Monday, 5/15, 4 p.m. Sachem, seeded No. 18, will play No. 15 Kings Park in the first round of the Suffolk County Class AA playoffs.
*Sachem East Baseball: Tuesday, 5/16, 4 p.m. Sachem, seeded No. 8, will host No. 9 Smithtown East in the first round of the Suffolk County Class AA playoffs.
*Sachem North Boys Lacrosse: Tuesday, 5/16, 4 p.m. Sachem, seeded No. 10, will travel to No. 7 Connetquot in the first round of the Suffolk County Class A playoffs.
*Sachem East and North Girls Lacrosse: Wednesday, 5/17, 4 p.m. No. 6 Sachem North will host No. 11 Sachem East, in the first round of the Suffolk County Class A playoffs.
