Sachem North beat Sachem East, 12-11, in the first round of the Suffolk County Class A playoffs, Wednesday at Fred Fusaro Alumni Stadium.
North, now 13-4 on the season and seeded No. 6 in the playoffs, will take on No. 3 Middle Country on Monday, May 22 at 4 p.m.
Eve Calabria led North with one goal and six assists, adding to her county-leading 58 assists on the season.
North beat Middle Country, 11-8, earlier in the season. Middle Country is ranked No. 17 in the USA Today HS Sports Girls Lacrosse National Poll.
