Wednesday’s Sachem Board of Education meeting was special for countless individuals who were honored for their achievements.
Dozens of people were recognized for their great work in Sachem. It was an incredible night that showed the district’s very bright students to the dedicated faculty and staff that put it all together.
Among the honorees were retirees, valedictorians and salutatorians from both high schools, the Sachem Robotics team, and our student board representatives. There were also teachers granted tenure and faculty who were appointed as administrators.
We want to congratulate them all on their successes and thank them for representing Sachem proudly.
