Sachem East beat the Brentwood/Bay Shore girls swim team, 96-78, on Wednesday.
Sachem East senior Jessica Freund was at it again, qualifying for the New York State meet in the 100-free and breaking the school record with a time of 54.29.
She is now qualified in both the 100-yard butterfly and 100-yard freestyle.
Senior Erin Mullery qualified for the Suffolk County championship meet in the 500-free with a time of 5:51.46.
“Hoping for even more in the last few weeks of the season,” said Sachem East coach Kathleen Dugan.
