Legendary volleyball coach enters second hall of fame this year.
Sachem alum and former coach Bill Kropp was inducted to the New York State Volleyball Coaches Hall of Fame in November.
Kropp, who started the boys and girls volleyball programs in Sachem, has won a combined eight Suffolk County championships and more than 550 matches. He is currently the head volleyball coach at St. Joseph’s College, a program he also started.
The 1977 Sachem grad was inducted to the Sachem Athletic Hall of Fame in 2017.
