UCLA and Ohio State bring together two of Sachem’s finest
For the first time in history, two Long Island natives will square off in an NCAA Division I volleyball rivalry match. They also happen to both be Sachem alums.
Dylan Missry, a Sachem North product, is an outside hitter at No. 2 UCLA, and Nick Laffin, a Sachem East graduate, is a middle blocker at No. 3 Ohio State.
The game will air live on the Pac 12 Network at 4:30 p.m. EST.
The Buckeyes won the last two National Championships.
