Sachem student-athlete takes home cheer recognition
Two Sachem North cheerleaders placed in the Suffolk Cheerleading Officials Cup competition.
Jessica Flesiher was named All-County and placed second in the Best Elite High School Cheerleader Individual competition.
Alyssa Simone placed second in High School Game Day Cheerleader event.
Both cheer squads from Sachem East and Sachem North have a couple more competitions in the regular season before heading to Florida for Nationals in February.
