Sachem North senior linemen Steven Mills and Nick DeRossi have been selected to play in the Suffolk County PAL All-Star game.
It will be a home game for Mills and DeRossi since the game is being held at Fred Fusaro Alumni Stadium at Sachem High School North in Lake Ronkonkoma, N.Y. The game will be played Thursday, Nov. 29 at 6 p.m.
Mills and DeRossi provided stability on the offensive line this year, allowing for all of Sachem’s backfield weapons to pile up nearly 4,o00 yards of total offense again.
Mills is also a frontrunner for the Zellner Award, presented to the top lineman in Suffolk County next week at the Suffolk County Football Coaches Association Awards Dinner.
