Sachem East field hockey star Katie Trombetta will appear on this week’s “Sachem News Hour” radio show on 91.9-FM, WSHR.
The show is LIVE on Thursday from 8-9 p.m. and will re-air on Friday at 6 a.m. and Saturday at 10 a.m. Trombetta will hit the airwaves from around 8:15-8:45 p.m.
Along with host Chris R. Vaccaro, Trombetta will talk about the last two state championship seasons at Sachem East, her future in the sport and her families athletic lineage which spans multiple sports in various generations.
The “Sachem News Hour” airs once a week on WSHR and is completely focused on news related to the Sachem Central School District. Aside from the in-studio interview, Vaccaro will spend time taking about administrative news items, as well as tidbits about Sachem’s alumni base and more.
