Sachem East wrestling clinched the League I regular season dual-meet title on Friday evening with a 56-18 victory over Patchogue-Medford.
Sachem recorded six pins across the 15 individual matches.
Cristian Nunez (195), John Vigh (220) and Connor Farrell (285) picked up the first two wins of the evening for Sachem.
Conor O’Hara earned a tech fall over Peter Pasqualino at 132 pounds, while Jakob Restrepo added his own tech fall over Brian Michels at 138 during the next match.
The League I tournament will take place Saturday at Ward Melville High School starting at 9:30 a.m. There is a $6 admission fee.
