The Sachem North boys volleyball team continues its torrid path through Suffolk’s League I and is now 7-0 after a victory over West Islip on Tuesday afternoon.
Sachem North won the 2013 Northport SpikeFest Invitational, beating No. 1 Massapequa and No. 2 Lindenhurst to win. Those teams are both ranked 1 and 2, respectively, on Long Island.
During their latest victory on Tuesday, Mike Kochen recorded 12 kills, while Matt Grace had nine digs.
