Sachem East is looking to capture its third straight state title this year and the Section XI playoffs start on Tuesday afternoon.
The Arrows were a perfect 14-0 in the regular season and are the top seed in the Suffolk County Class A playoffs. They’ll host No. 9 Connetquot on Tuesday at 2:30 p.m.
Sachem East has not lost a game since Oct. 24, 2011, a stretch of 733 days. That’s a mark of 58-1 over the last two years.
