Twenty-eight years separate Craig Gordon and Bryan Morris’ senior seasons as kickers at Sachem, but both are linked in history because of their legging feats.
Both kicked 37-yard field goals for Sachem for the Flaming Arrows during playoff games.
Gordon kicked his in a semifinal victory over North Babylon, while Morris booted his against Farmingdale in the Long Island championship.
The circumstances were the same for both kickers as each legged their respective field goals as time expired before halftime.
