The latest Section XI Division I wrestling rankings were released Monday via LongIslandWrestling.com.
Sachem East and Sachem North’s squads embark on the League I and League II tournaments this weekend.
East will host the League I tournament on Saturday, while North will be in Northport the same day. There is a $6 admission fee and matches kick off around 9:30 a.m. at both locations.
Jakob Restrepo (145) and Mark Tracy (182) are the top ranked grapplers in their respective weight classes. Sean Dee ranks third at 285, Mike Pistone is fourth at 170 and Anthony Messina is fifth at 126.
For Sachem North, Sean O’Hagan is third at 132, Matt Stallone is fourth at 106, Anthony Nunziatta is fourth at 145, Matt Marino is sixth at 138 and Anthony DiMatteo is sixth at 220.
