Marianne Angiello, who lost her 17-year old son in a drunk driving accident, spoke at both Sachem East and Sachem North for National Teen Driver Safety Week in October.
Her presentation was made available through the Ford Driving Skills grant that the New York State Governor ‘s Traffic Safety Commission received.
Sachem was the recipient of their kind gesture for this and Battle of the Belts because Suffolk County is one of the counties with the lowest seatbelt compliances in the state.
