Students and staff at Seneca Middle School listened to a presentation by Daniel Murphy, the father of U.S. Navy Seal Lt. Michael P. Murphy, Thursday morning.
He spoke about his son’s heroism, leadership qualities and character.
Mr. Murphy also brought his son’s Congressional Medal of Honor and some other items, including a picture book.
Lt. Murphy attended the neighboring Patchogue-Medford School District.
