Cosgrove Scores Career Point No. 1,500

Sachem East senior Danielle Cosgrove scored career point No. 1,500 against Longwood on Friday, February 3.

The Arrows are 9-7 overall and 8-5 in League I as of February 10.

Against Longwood, Cosgrove, who is committed to play at Notre Dame, registered a double-double for the 50th time in her illustrious career.

According to team statistician Mike Feldstein, she has 50 double-doubles in 78 games her last four years (64 percent) of her games.

  • She has had double digit rebounds in 58 out of 78 games the last 4 years (74.3 percent of the time) and has scored double figures in 72 of 78 games in the last four years (92.3 percent).
