March Madness Showdown! Students from Sachem East and Sachem North competed against each other on Tuesday night in a number of fun activities to mark an engaging week of spirit activities at both schools.
From scooter races, pie eating contests, fire-in-the-hole, balloon pop, dizzy bat and hungry hippo, the score was tied to the very last match of tug-of-war and North kids pulled East kids across the line to take the trophy back to Lake Ronkonkoma.
The Sachem Showdown was a great evening of friendly competition and excitement. Students from both schools demonstrated sportsmanship and enjoyed themselves!
