Hofstra senior was Team MVP at Sachem North his senior year
Steve Foster reached career hit No. 200 in a game against William & Mary on Saturday for Hofstra.
Foster, a senior, now ranks ninth all-time in Hofstra history in career hits. The school record is 271.
As a senior at Sachem North, Foster was All-State, All-County and All-League. He was selected as Team MVP as well.
