Sachem alum honored by Sachem North football with RP34 decal
Ralph Pepe, a former Sachem teacher and coach, and a district alum, recently passed away from his battle with cancer.
On Friday night, the Sachem North football team paid tribute to Pepe with a RP34 helmet sticker that the program will wear for the rest of the season. Pepe wore No. 34 in the early 1970s.
Pepe played football and lacrosse at Sachem and dedicated his career to the school district for more than 30 years.
