Arrows have won six out of last nine county titles
Sachem East has done it again. The dynasty continues for the Arrows field hockey program after winning another Suffolk County title on Monday.
Top-seeded Sachem beat No. 7 Eastport-South Manor, 2-1, to win its sixth county title in nine years.
Kristen Shanahan scored both goals for Sachem, who will play Massapequa in the Class A Long Island championship on November 9 at neutral Centereach High.
