Dynasty continues for Flaming Arrows
Sachem North boys’ volleyball has not lost a match in Suffolk County since November 2017.
Though they were pushed to the brink in five sets against Smithtown West in this year’s Suffolk County championship, the Flaming Arrows finished strong and captured another county title.
Sachem is 17-0 this season and will face the winner of Nassau County’s Class A final in the Long Island championship on November 19 at Farmingdale State. They will play either Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK or Massapequa.
They are looking to defend their Long Island crown and win another state title after finishing as runners-up last season.
